Next Workshop title:     Self-Esteem: How to make it Grow!

There's a lot of talk about 'Self-Esteem' these days, and it always seems to be 'low'.     How come?    What is it and why is it so often low?     More importantly, can it really be raised?     If you have family or friends who seem to have a negative opinion of themselves, or if you'd like to feel more positive about yourself, this workshop is for you.     You don't need any previous knowledge and the atmosphere will be friendly and informal.

The workshop will take about 2 hours with time in the middle for a break - I'll be available afterwards to answer questions.
